Man held over filming up 12-year-old’s skirt

Jiji Press NAGOYA–A 27-year-old contract worker with the Aichi prefectural government has been arrested on suspicion of filming a video by placing a smartphone under a middle school student’s skirt, according to police.
Takanobu Ando, who has worked at Aichi Arts Center since April 1, was arrested Saturday after allegedly placing a bag containing a smartphone under a 12-year-old girl’s skirt at about 2:50 p.m. as she stood in line at the cash register at a bookstore in a shopping center in Nishi Ward, Nagoya.
